The First 2010 Jaguar XFR to be Auctioned at Super Bowl XL111 

The first opportunity in the USA to bid on the 2010 Jaguar XFR

Tampa, FL January 29, 2009 -- 

Bradshaw Marketing and Branding is pleased to announce that the first opportunity in the USA to bid on the 2010 Jaguar XFR will be on Saturday, January 31, 2009. The Generation Rescue Foundation benefit hosted by Jenny McCarthy and organized by Sports Legends Classic has teamed up with the 23rd Annual Leigh Steinberg Party bringing together key decision makers in business, sports, entertainment, media and politics. This event is scheduled to be held at The Lowry Zoo, Tampa from 2pm to 6pm offering attendees the first opportunity in the USA to bid on the 2010 Jaguar XFR in a live auction. 

Proceeds from the auction will benefit Generation Rescue - researching the causes and treatments for autism and mentoring thousands of families in recovering their children from autism. Jaguar of Tampa is the presenter of the XFR, which will be auctioned by Ryan Nece, Linebacker for the Detroit Lions. A 2010 Jaguar XFR will be on display, although it does not hit dealer showrooms until summer 2009. Bryan Mobley, General Sales Manager of Jaguar Tampa, is working closely with Bradshaw Marketing and Branding's CEO, Camille Bradshaw, to ensure that a unique experience is being created for the bidders. 

The stunning, supercharged 2010 XFR is the first XF to carry the 'R' badge, which defines Jaguar's most performance-focused models. Powered by an all-new supercharged 5.O-liter V8 engine, developing 510bhp, the XFR is a huge step forward for the XF. The mighty new engine gives the XFR a 0-60mph time of only 4.7 seconds accelerating from 50-70mph in just 1.9 seconds. The XFR is packed with user-friendly technologies and features that distinguish including full shift-by-wire transmission controlled by the Jaguar Drive SelectorTM plus cruise control with Automatic Speed Limiter and options of actively ventilated heated and cooled seats; heated steering wheel and an exclusive optional sound system - the Bowers & Wilkins 440W system with Dolby ProLogic11 surround sound with no fewer than 14 speakers.
