Bradshaw Multimedia Collection and Use of Information
A. Personally Identifiable Information
Please be advised that we will collect personally identifiable information about you, including but not limited to your name, postal address, telephone and mobile numbers and e-mail address that you provide to us via our Site. This information is provided when you create an account, enter a sweepstake, sign up for newsletters or blog, participate in a survey, contact customer service or otherwise interact with this website. Your personally identifiable information may be used by us for all legal purposes, which may include but are not limited to, responding to your requests, processing your transaction, administrative purposes such as conducting contests, tracking which parts of the Site are of interest to you, processing prizes and for demographic research. If you choose to opt-in we may ONLY share your personally identifiable information with our subsidiaries or affiliates for the purpose of improving our service in order to fulfill your needs. We may also use your personally identifiable information for internal business purposes, such as optimising Site experiences and analysing and managing our businesses. You may opt-in to receive certain future information or communications (see the Opt-In/Choice section below).
B. Children's Guidelines
This Site is not directed at children and we request that children do not provide personally identifiable information through the Site. We do not seek to collect or divulge ANY information to or from persons under the age of 18.
C. Demographic Information
We may also collect demographic data, such as your date of birth, gender and postcode. Demographic data may be used to tailor your experience on this Site, to provide you with content including special events and advertising that may be of interest to you, displaying the content according to your postcode. D. Passive Collection of Non-Personal Information
This Site often requires the use of encrypted or non-encrypted cookies. Cookies are data that a web server transfers to an individual's computer for recordkeeping purposes. Cookies are an industry standard used by most websites and help facilitate users' ongoing access to and use of a particular website, for example by providing information used to deliver content specific to your interests and for other purposes, such as security and other account administrative functions, and which may track personal identifying information.
The Site may use so-called "pixel tags", "web beacons", "clear GIFs" or similar means (collectively, "Pixel Tags") to compile aggregate statistics about Site usage and response rates. Pixel Tags allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the Site, to deliver branded services and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in HTML-formatted email messages, Pixel Tags can tell the sender whether and when the email has been opened.
Bradshaw Multimedia also collects "referrers" information, IP addresses and various environmental variables.
• A "referrer" is information the web browser passes along to our web servers that references the URL from which you came.
• The "IP address" is a number used by computers on the network to identify your computer so that data can be transmitted to you.
• "Environmental variables" include, among other things, the domain from which you access the Internet, the time you accessed this site, type of web browsers and operating system or platform used, the Internet address of the website you left to visit this Site, the names of the pages you visit while at this Site and the Internet address of the website you then visit.
This information is collected for Bradshaw Multimedia’s internal use to enhance website security, to detect broad demographic trends, to assist Bradshaw Multimedia in providing content tailored to your interests and to otherwise enhance your experience on this Site. This information may also be shared with our subsidiaries on an aggregate and non-personally identifiable basis.
E. Strategic Partners
From time to time we may enter into a special relationship with other companies that is not owned by or affiliated with Bradshaw Multimedia to provide additional features on this Site. These special relationships may include business partners, sponsors and co-branded sites (referred to here as "co-branded pages"). Information, including personally identifiable information that you provide on our Site will NOT be shared with these third parties.
F. Service Providers
We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and this Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending emails, order fulfilment and sweepstake administration. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes. For instance, if you participate in a sweepstake, game or loyalty programme resulting in a prize or award, we will share personally identifiable information about you with our games and merchandise fulfilment and management agencies.
G. Other Disclosures
Personally identifiable information of any individual user may be shared with other companies outside Bradshaw Multimedia (i) as permitted by law, (ii) in the event of a transfer of ownership, assets or a bankruptcy of Bradshaw Multimedia, (iii) where we determine that disclosure of specific information is necessary to comply with the request of a law enforcement or regulatory agency or other legal process, or (iv) to protect the interests or safety of Bradshaw Multimedia or other visitors to this Site.
H. Email and Direct Response Contact
All of our direct response methods are opt-in. If you subscribed to our email newsletter(s) but do not want to receive it in the future, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in the newsletter(s). Bradshaw Multimedia is not an email list rental service and does not rent or sell any email addresses or other contact information that you provide. .Please keep your account login and password secure at all times, changing your password regularly as you would on other computer systems to prevent unauthorized access or use. In order to comply with government legislation, email addresses which have requested no further contact will be placed on a suppression list which may be accessed by other organizations to maintain suppression of such addresses in their mailings as well as ours.
I. Website Information Collection
For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name or IP address, but not the email address. Unless otherwise stated on our website, we collect only the domain name or IP address of visitors to our web page, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and registrations to access portions of the site and their related services or to set up a Bradshaw Multimedia account. We also collect clickstream information. We use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for online payment collection for purchases of our own proprietary products and services, which includes our email list management service.
J. Use of Website Information Collected
The information we collect is used to create an aggregate demographic profile of our user base so that we can improve the content and services of our website and provide aggregate information to potential advertisers (no individual information is provided to any third-party without your consent), to customize the content and/or layout of our page, to notify consumers about updates to our Website and services, to send visitors our opt-in email newsletter(s) (if requested by the visitor), to provide users with the products and/or services for which they signed-up or registered which may include sending service disruption notices or other service or product related information via email and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes without the visitor's consent. We strive to maintain appropriate security measures in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Although we take measures to secure our data, we cannot guarantee that the measures we take are or will remain adequate. Some portions of our sites and services link to other companies' websites. M. Postal Address Collection and Use
If you supply us with your postal address online, we will use it to send you the information for which you provided us your address. If you supply us with your telephone number, we will use it to contact you with information regarding your inquiry. We may send you information about additional services that we offer but we will not rent or sell your contact information to any third parties.

We may operate sweepstakes, contests, raffles and similar promotions through the Site that may require online registration. We typically ask you for certain personally identifiable information when you enter and, if applicable, win a sweepstake, contest, raffle or similar promotion. We may share this personally identifiable information with third party sponsors of such sweepstakes, contests, raffles and promotions (irrespective of whether it is hosted by us), or otherwise in accordance with the rules applicable to such sweepstakes, contest, raffle or promotion. P. LINKS AND THIRD PARTIES' PRIVACY PRACTICES

Bradshaw Multimedia employs security measures consistent with standard industry practice to help protect against public access to personally identifiable and account activity information collected on and used by Bradshaw Multimedia at this Site.
